Okay, I know it's been a while since I last posted something - I was having a hard time uploading pictures.

Here is what I did for Tillie's 4th birthday party. I went with bright pink and green colors for the decorations. Tillie really didn't care - she was just super excited that it was her birthday.

more Halloween

Okay, so I have a problem...I love to make stackers! I think I have some for almost every holiday! I know I need to make some for Christmas still.

Here are the ones I made for Halloween.

I used piece of 2x2 I had laying around and got my vinyl from my awesome sister! She's a great supplier for my craft addiction ;)

car seat cover

I had the opportunity to make a car seat cover for a friend. I love sewing - when things work out and I don't have to unpick anything.

This is for a girl, but the car seat were kind of boyish colors. The pink ribbon I got at Walmart and the fabric - in the clearance bins - SCORE! I got the ric rac here. This is where I usually get most of my ribbon.

This is the finished product

I used orange for the underside

This is a close up picture of all 4 colors/patterns that I used. I love the craziness of the butterflies.

school

This is the first year I have a child in school. I thought I would help get the excitement rolling at our house so I thought I would get a few decorations. I started off with some school stackers. Got the vinyl here. I plan on using them in the many years to come.

notes

So, these are pretty common and I haven't made any in a while. I ended up making 5. I made 3 for the sisters I visit teach, 1 for my visiting teaching partner and 1 for me.

Here is a picture of a few of them:

Simple and easy. All you need is a composition book (I got mine at Target and Walmart for .50), scrapbook paper, adhesive and embellishments (ribbon, flowers, button, brads, charms - whatever suits your fancy). In the past I have covered the front, back and the insides, but this time I just did the front.

You could always use a notebook :)

flowers

Here are some ribbon flowers I busted out the other day.
Pretty easy to make. I found the tutorial over at Ribbon Flowers.

too much fun

Well, I made another one of these dresses. Here are my other ones. They are super easy and don't take a lot of time. Thanks to everyone who are having baby girls and giving me the opportunity to make you one :)
